Fantastic clam chowder in the best biscuits in the world! Crab fest was very good and even a steak I had was excellent! The service was spot on and the lobster was good also. You can go online and give them your information to get a free appetizer or dessert. :-)

Made it just before 6, we were sat down right away with a party of 6. Our waiter was awesome, very attentive and talkative. We placed our orders in and appetizers came out quickly, followed shortly by our meals. Our waiter would stop by often to check up on us and be sure we were good with our drinks, refilling just before we were out. The food was delicious, the service was awesome. Had a great time, great service and great food. :)

We had just arrived at West Palm Beach airport, and looking for a place to eat. I searched "nearby" on Yelp, and this place came up. Wasn't gonna come here, because of the poor reviews, and also because I don't really like Red Lobster or chain restaurants. But we were really hungry. I have to admit I was a little nervous pulling up into this sketchy strip-mall area, and the restaurant appeared almost deserted from the outside. We walked into an almost empty restaurant, less a few people eating in the bar area. The hostess was incredibly friendly and warm!! Wow, I was not expecting that! We sat in a large booth in the bar area. There were several tv screens playing the Olympics. It was REALLY hot outside, and the air conditioning felt great. The waiter was awesome and really nice. We ordered a bunch of food, and considering this is a chain restaurant, it was pretty good! Not nearly as bad as I was expecting. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food here. Great service + pretty good food/large portions + friendly atmosphere.. if you're hungry and in the area, I'd say this place is a safe bet.

To be honest, the meal I had was good, but I have had better seafood. I had the shrimp trio plate with shrimp scampi, fried shrimp, and shrimp linguini, and broccoli. It was a decent plate of food, I enjoyed my meal, however it was on the salty side. The lack of very many seasonings is noticeable, salt was the all encompassing super power of my plate. Not gonna lie the Cheddar Bay Biscuits that come before your meal are the best part. While also a little salty, these cheesy, buttered morsels are the highlight of any trip to this chain restaurant. This particular location, is nice to say the least, not in the nicest part of town but the service was decent. You can definitely tell some servers are more dedicated than others, my party was lucky enough to have a relatively attentive server. The dinner came out in a timely manner and they observed all of our requests with haste. All in all, the restaurant on a whole is ok, the food being a little one-note and service being decent at least balance themselves out. I can't help but wonder though, how might my experience be different should I return and receive one of the less passionate members of the staff as my server.

We all know Red Lobster. Waitress was bored because business was slow so she was hurrying us and didn't like that. Food was on par for red lobster nothing over the top. Was asked to do a survey because I ordered an add on of king crab legs. They were probably not pleased with the results as the legs were split and dry with minimal taste. Will not add them again.

We arrived early (5:30 PM) and almost nobody was in the place, but we had to summon a manager after 15 minutes to order a drink. Our first inclination was to leave and we should have followed it. We have eaten on and off here over the years, but their prices are out of sight. In the mid 30 dollars for an ordinary lobster, despite the fact that they have "Lobster" in their name. This is at least $10 higher than other local restaurants. The service was s l o w, and they up-charged me on our drinks and food. Ordered the house wine, and they charged me a higher price. Ordered a lobster Taco appetizer (just a gram or less of lobster meat) and they charged me for a "dinner," which consisted of adding a salad which I didn't want and didn't order, but it gave them the chance to hit me with a $2.50 extra charge since it was now considered a "dinner." Darden Restaurants have had problems with this chain for years. They redecorated the place and made their high prices even higher. 2 appetizers and 2 drinks ended up being $50.00 plus. Spotty service as well. We won't be back

Wow this restaurant is the worst place to place an take out!! My dad wasn't feeling well so we couldn't go out for a dinner. I wanted to do something nice. Yet this place would be the place to ruined it. I had to call 4 times to place and order. The 4th one the lady answers,I asked to place an order she said sure hold on a second. I was on hold for more then 10mins. I got so upset and no one didn't even bother picking up. Thanks a lot for a crappy customer service! Never coming back to this place!!

This is a pretty good location compared to other Red Lobsters. I have ate a couple times at the bar and the bartenders took care of me well. There was a little bit older lady and a younger guy - personable and interested in making sure my experience was good. There was no line to get in - less wait time than the one in boynton and the bar area was pretty quiet - I think the bartenders mostly make drinks for waitresses to take to the tables. The bar area can get a bit of a draft so I recommend bringing a jacket with you. The meal I get is all-u-can-eat shrimp. You get to pick a couple different varieties but the best are the plain scampi and fried. Almost better than the seafood are those appetizer biscuits. Make sure you get some and if you ask really nicely, they might give you a couple extra to bring home.

This restaurant is right next to my office and we never go. They have a reputation of being nasty and the food being bad. Recently had a business lunch and the other party suggest The Red Lobster because it was right there. I had a simple meal. Garden salad, dressing on the side. (hard to screw up) Scallops and a side of broccoli. The scallops where so small they looked like mini marshmallows and had no flavor. Right after lunch I started not feeling well. You know those cartoons with the birds flying around your head? I started getting aches and pains. Bottom line, I wound up with food poisoning. Aside from the food poisoning (which is enough not to go back), this is not a nice place to go. No one smiles, people mumble like they just want to do their time and get out. It's just not a pleasant place to be. So, even though this is very convenient to my office, I will not be going back. Shame.

Well - not a fan of this location... the interior is clean and easy parking. That's about where it stopped. Asked if they had a gluten free menu (YEP - I'm one of THOSE!).. and the waitress bought me a nutritional guide that gave calorie, carb, sugar info. I got the feeling she'd never even heard the term gluten before. Seriously RL - if you are in the resteraunt business.. some kind of allergy or food content training NEEDS TO BE DONE!.... ordered shrimp cocktail for appetizers.. they were REALLY cold (almost you may say - frozen) and drippy wet.. kind of gross. bummer 1.... Got my salad - tasted like that bag stuff that you stick in a bowl and forget to rinse... bummer 2. (props to the waitress - she did give me a couple extra tomatoes & cukes) Ordered a new dish that included a piece of salmon (about 2 oz. - very small), grilled shrimp (much better then the cocktail) and a grilled lobster tail. The dinner was OK - that's why i went with a 3 star - and the waitress tried hard - but she went on a smoking break from the end of our meal to check delivery.... I felt like we were exposed. Had much better experience over on PBL location. This one needs to work on a few things. Hope management reads these.

Last night in Lake Worth, stayed in our condo in Lucerne Lakes for the past 3 weeks, back to NYC tomorrow. Great dinner, 30 shrimps & Sam Adams, can't beat that , and an excellent lobster and white wine. As usual the biscuits were awesome. Our waiter Tim was very amicable and helpful with the wine and beer order, they were out of Pino Grigio at 5:15 which I thought was odd for the beginning of a busy Saturday night, Shouldn't they have gallons of this stuff in the back room ? Any case, 5 stars all the way. Will go back there again next time we're back down. And we'll ask to be served by Tim. He was cool.

Love their biscuits, wood grilled menu items are usually a good choice, the service is good, and the food is usually always good. Their salads are not the best, but I don't go there for the salads. Their specials are usually something worth looking at too..

You know - it wasn't bad, the app was a little off but the fish and chip entrée made up for it. Service was great with bug friendly smiles

Are we kidding here? Do I really have to review a Red Lobster? This place is for people who don't know anything about seafood. Go to Publix, visit the frozen section, pick up any Gorton's seafood meal, go home and nuke it and you've just recreated Red Lobster's menu!

Growing up in Alaska I should just know better. But every once in a while I get desperate. Desperation will make you do terrible things. I've eaten here a few times. At night at the bar seems to be better then eating lunch. The last few times I've ordered crab it taste like they had boiled the crab in dish soap. I made one of the managers smell the crab and you could clearly smell dish soap. The second time I went for lunch I ordered the lobster & crab Caesar salad. It came out and there were 5 little (little) crumbs of crab on it and one tiny piece of lobster. What is that? I sent it back and they came back with some puny rubbery lobster claw meat. And what do you know, it tasted like dish soap. :PPPPP I will not be back. I want some good crab! :(
